Chronology of cameras Ricoh
ZF stands for 'Zone Focus', and the ZF has four click stops with green icons, but it also has an engraved focusing scale in metres and feet. It is in fact a 500ST without the self timer!
The camera can be operated in shutter speed preferred auto or fully manually. The aperture in use is displayed on a scale in the viewfinder.
This diagram created by VB allows us to measure the complexity of Ricoh's history.
